About Me

Born in São Paulo and holding a business degree from the University of Miami, Emídio decided to return to Brazil to invest in the vibrant entertainment market of São Paulo in the late ’90s.

He managed artists, produced shows, and launched a successful hospitality venture in Santa Catarina.

Eventually, he recognized the potential of the American real estate market and decided to change his life, returning to the USA to establish his new business and provide his children with the same education he had. Emidio is the purchasing coordinator at Magic Florida, responsible for transactions involving clients buying properties in Florida.
